Escape to island time in the heart of Flanker Kitchen + Sporting Club as the venue’s iconic 360 Bar transforms into the vibrant and immersive MyTai Pop-Up Bar, running from May 23 through Labor Day Weekend. Inspired by the playful spirit of tropical cocktail culture and the energy of long summer nights, MyTai brings together elevated island-inspired cocktails, bold flavors, lively music, and a transportive atmosphere designed to feel like a mini vacation in the middle of Downtown Salt Lake City. Guests can expect colorful décor, high-energy ambiance, and a menu built for both casual happy hours and late-night summer celebrations.
Curated by Francesco Lafranconi, the specialty cocktail program showcases a creative lineup of tropical-forward libations crafted with premium spirits, fresh juices, house-made syrups, and playful presentations that blend classic tiki inspiration with Flanker’s modern hospitality approach. From refreshing rum punches and frozen favorites to bold mai tai variations and shareable large-format cocktails, the beverage experience is designed to be approachable, escapist, and highly photogenic.
Complementing the cocktail experience, Daniel Ontiveros has created a menu of island-inspired snacks and shareable bites designed specifically for the pop-up experience. Guests can enjoy craveable late-night offerings and tropical-infused flavors perfect for pairing alongside the cocktail menu while taking in the energy surrounding the 360 Bar.
