A graphic that reads: “Flanker Kitchen + Sporting Club. Paradise Parlor. Tiki speakeasy pop-up. Open every Wednesday-Saturday. The gateway.”

Salt Lake City is getting tropical! Escape to a Polynesian paradise pop-up stowed away inside the speakeasy Parlor bar, which has been transformed into an immersive tiki cocktail experience. Master mixologist Francesco Lafranconi has created a seasonal specialty cocktail menu that draws upon fresh island flavors and is influenced by historic tiki cocktails, each with its unique vessel and presentation.

PLEASE NOTE: A selection of small plates is available, but the full Flanker menu is not. Reservations are recommended; they are slotted for 90 mins. If time allows, patrons are welcome to stay longer. On busier nights, guests are asked to make their way to the 360 bar or Sporting Club.

The Parlor’s popular duckpin bowling lanes have been converted into the Jungle Room, inspired by one of America’s most iconic tiki hideaways residing at Graceland, where the one and only Elvis Presley converted his den into a South Pacific-themed hangout. Flanker Kitchen + Sporting Club’s ode to the King has created an enclosed room that can be rented for groups of up to 12 people.

The Jungle Room can be booked as a separate experience that includes one hour of unlimited bowling and Elvis-inspired extras. The rental of the Jungle Room does not include the cost of F&B, which is ordered on-site.
